30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day free return and refund policy from the date your order is delivered. Requests submitted after 30 days may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Be unused or gently used
- Be clean and in their original condition
- Include original packaging and accessories whenever possible
Free Returns
We proudly provide free returns on eligible orders. Please contact our customer support team before sending your item back so we can provide return instructions.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product. We will gladly provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before they are shipped for a full refund. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled but may still be returned after delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Final sale or clearance items
- Products damaged through improper use
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
